1. Dr. César Gutiérrez Vaquero is a Full Professor of Applied Mathematics at the University of Valladolid, Spain, and a senior researcher at the Mathematics Research Institute (IMUVA). His research expertise focuses on vector optimization, set optimization, and variational rationality, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and scalarization methods. A highly active and widely cited scholar, Dr. Gutiérrez has published extensively in top-tier international journals and frequently collaborates with leading global researchers. He has led multiple national research projects funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation and is a regular invited speaker at international continuous optimization conferences.

3. Dr. Qamrul Hasan Ansari is working as a visiting professor at the Department of Mathematics, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He served the Department of Mathematics, Aligarh Muslim University, India as a professor for more than 32 years and as Dean of Faculty of Science, and Chairperson of Department of Mathematics, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India.
He is the recipient of AMU Outstanding Research Award of the Year 2021 and ranked among top 2% scientists in the World by Stanford University during the last five years. He is listed in the top cited 800 mathematicians of the world since 2007. In the year 2017, he is placed at 200th position. He has published more than 270 research papers in internationally reputable journals. He is the associate editor of Journal of Optimization Theory and Applications, Fixed Point Theory and Algorithms for Science and Engineering, Carpathian Journal of Mathematics, Fixed Point Theory (Romania), etc. He has acted as a guest editor of several internationally reputed journals, namely, Positivity, Journal of Global Optimization, Applicable Analysis, Journal of Fixed Point Theory, etc. He is the author of a book on Metric Spaces published by Narosa and co-author of two books namely, Generalized Convexity and Nonsmooth Variational Inequalities, published by Taylor & Francis, CRC Press, and Fixed Point Theory and Variational Principles in Metric Spaces, published by Cambridge University Press. He has edited more than 8 books published by Springer, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier, etc. He has delivered plenary / invited talks in more than 70 international conference / workshops across the World. He has supervised ten PhD and two M. Phil. Students. He has more than 5000 citations and with h-index 41 by Web of Science.

4. Dr. Tran Dinh Quoc is an Associate Professor in the Department of Statistics and Operations Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-Chapel Hill), with a joint appointment in the Department of Computer Science.
He holds a Ph.D. in Optimization in Engineering from KU Leuven, Belgium, and previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher at EPFL, Switzerland. His research focuses on mathematical programming, continuous optimization, and developing efficient algorithms for machine learning, data science, and signal processing. Dr. Tran-Dinh is a recipient of multiple research grants from the NSF and AFOSR, and his work is extensively published in top-tier optimization journals and premier AI conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, and ICLR.
