Ariel Rapaport is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Mathematics at the Technion IIT. He received his PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2018, and subsequently was a Herchel Smith Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Cambridge.
His research is in fractal geometry and ergodic theory, with particular emphasis on dimension theory. In 2025, he received a European Research Council Starting Grant for his project Dimension Theory of Stationary Fractal Measures.

Max Gurevich is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Mathematics at the Technion IIT. He received his PhD at the Technion in 2016, and subsequently held postdoctoral positions at the Weizmann Institute of Science and at the National University of Singapore.
His research is in representation theory, particularly p-adic groups, Hecke algebras, and connections with the Langlands program, quantum algebra, and combinatorial representation theory.
