• The registration fee is US$ 200. It covers lunches, coffee breaks, workshop banquet, Ha Long bay tour and all conference materials. It does not include delegates’ travel or accommodation.

• The registration fee can be paid by cash onsite on the first day of the workshop or transfer to our bank account. For more details, please contact: snab2026@viasm.edu.vn

• Vietnamese participants currently based at universities or research institutions in Vietnam (including undergraudate/graduate students) can get a fee waiver. If they wish to participate in the Ha long bay tour and workshop banquet, they will pay their own expenses.
