• We plan to hold a poster session, so please provide a title and abstract if you would like to present your results in the poster session.
• The organizers will provide financial assistance (domestic travel, accommodation, and meals) to a limited number of students based outside Hanoi.

3. For participants applying for financial support: You need to complete both forms above. Please note that the organizers will cover accommodation only from November 8–13, 2026 and November 15–20, 2026. For any additional nights outside these periods, you will need to arrange and cover your accommodation yourself.
